When I Heard FiOS TV, NOW Offered in My TOWN –I Can’t Help to Get it Installed ASAP

Filed under: Consumer World, The Blog Cycle — admin @ 4:12 am

For so many year now raising issues with my cable provider over their billing process, their service disruption and when I am about to give-up for knowing that there is nothing I could do but wait..whine..and wait more because of a cable monopoly. That’s when Verizon started to offer FiOS TV in my town!great..my headache gone. In actuality they are already offering FiOS home phone and FiOS Internet in my area, I already have thos, now that the FiOS TV service is now available, I can’t help to get it installed ASAP. I phoned that very day and had Verizon install it right away, the best earliest schedule of installation I could get. That’s how excited I am.

Installation is not complicated, actually if you already have Internet and Verizon FiOS phone service installed, they will just extend a additional line to the rooms where you want to contain Verizon FiOS TV boxes. After that, they will give you the boxes to run the programs and that’s it, you have a FiOS TV running. You have an option to choose from of a basic box or an HD box or a box that also includes a DVR so you can record channels and watch them afterwards. I went with the bod with DVR, out of curiosity I guess.

Since we’ve had it installed a couple of months ago the TV has been incredible – I was right with my decision to switch to Verizon. I never did even in one occasion lost service and our families have tons of stations to choose from along with music channels and a host of on-demand services. On-demand services are much quicker than the other provider I was with and I ascertain that the overall variety of services is way better too. With the customer service, a lot easier to deal with and the quality of the service is I could say the best so far. You get high quality pictures too.

In ending, I love my FiOS TV and I’m I don’t have to deal with any cable providers anymore.
